The flavors of Mediterranean cuisine

3/4 hour course with 4-course menu with pantry recipes and meal served with the dishes prepared.

Join us for this Private Class which highlights a menu featuring the famous eggplant parmigiana in a “light” version.

We will dive into the traditional pacchero with fresh garden tomatoes, olives and capers.

As a main course, we will prepare the catch of the day in crazy water or meatballs in two delicious ways: fried meatballs and meatballs in tomato sauce … maybe we can whet your appetite with a taste of spaghetti and “meat balls”.
For the sweet final touch we will make Amalfi lemon sorbet and caramelized peel.

After this lesson you will be ready to cook traditional dishes, which capture the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, right in your home!
