- Maccheroni al ferretto with cherry tomatoes, burrata cheese and basil
- Pappardelle with wild boar sauce, black olives and juniper berries
- “Mugellana” potato ravioli with Greve sausage and rosemary
- Gnocchi with courgette flowers and courgettes
